Tilo is a transaction specialist in renewable energy, with deep roots in the German onshore wind market. As a developer, operator and entrepreneur, he has built, run and successfully divested wind energy assets — giving him a perspective that goes well beyond conventional advisory.
He covers the full asset lifecycle: acquisition, development, structuring, financing, operations and sale. That breadth enables him to evaluate opportunities quickly, structure transactions efficiently, and lead the teams that make them happen.
He brings the same focus and discipline to his role as a youth coach at his local badminton club.
ANJA MIELKE
Managing Director
Anja is Tilo’s strategic counterpart — and she reads people, processes and potential with rare precision. A designer and lateral thinker by nature, she brings structure to complexity — translating ideas into clear narratives without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Calm under pressure and quick to adapt, she steps up when it matters — whether handed the helm by Tilo or simply because the situation demands it. At TAVOA, her focus is communication and design thinking: how ideas are shaped, told and received.
Outside of work, Anja volunteers as a hospice companion for the Stephanus Foundation — bringing the same mindfulness, composure and human sensitivity that define everything she does.
